I’ll be back on the job with this fascinating novel I’m editing, Microchip, this weekend, on Chapters 32 through 45.
So far, it’s been a bit of a long slog through some parts — and I will have to be revisiting those in finer detail while making cuts — although others go faster. Also, what with all the newspaper and magazine writing and editing I’m tasked with each week, it’s a little difficult shifting gears … but the good news is, I think I’ve adapted pretty well.
Anyway, Chey and I will be letting you all be the judges coming up soon when we get ready to release the novel.
The plan right now is that I’ll blog about many parts of this book to build interest, so I’ll be looking for some support from my friends here at the National Association of Independent Writers and Editors.
More updates coming; stay tuned.

I’m so excited to be getting to the tail of our editing journey. Chris is always very professional and follows through with estimated timelines.
The real fun starts next week when we get our heads together to go over the agreed on changes!
